I was clicking the remote control yesterday so don't hold me to this but I think the US Army Corp of Engineers said that they expect to meet their planned goal to complete repair of the initial levies back to original (and improved with extended concrete on the back side to prevent prior wash/decay of the struture) by....was it July? Additional structures to follow but basics first.

Thinking that's a major stepping stone. Got to fix the basics (get at least whole from before + a little) before the Insurance A'holes cough up monies to rebuild?
