VFIN is like a robot with its only goal being to sell shares. If no activity it will keep moving down. Maybe they have a weekly quota for shares they have to unload or money they have to raise.

Exactly what I hate about penny stocks. The kind of news that has been coming out lately would have made the pps rise a year ago from today, but investors are still jaded and wary from the drops this stock has seen since 0.09. Maybe we need to go to other boards to pump this again.
