The recent 10-G SEC filing gave the most recent Outstanding shares update, which may have increased a bit since then, as FROZ settles its debts to clear the path to the merger. Still well under 1 billion oustanding for FROZ. An amount that makes for a good reverse merger investment as the share structure after APT takes over won't have to be decimated.
