i disagree. IF we do get something I think Prefs will get its face value plus interests and common will take the rests. TPS investment will hit jackpot because they will get what their common worth equivalently. There is no 75/25 here , it is the conversion rate of old Wamu to WMIH shares.

remember! old Wamu and new WMIH are not the same company. i agree with you we do have little hope (maybe hope) on our escrow shares because it is still showing in our trade account.
