Earlier in the PR it said this:
"Bayport Medicinal Research, Inc., has now officially been incorporated in Colorado (ID# 20141102107) and is in Good Standing with the Colorado Secretary of State. As a wholly owned subsidiary of Bayport International Holdings, Inc., Bayport Medicinal Research, Inc., will uphold the same transparency as their parent company. With that said, management has explored and is currently exploring the many different avenues of profitability this new industry has to offer in the Medicinal Legalized Marijuana sector in Colorado. Several lucrative parts of the industry shine as being very profitable and may, with proper planning, enhance shareholder value and increase share value."

So I don't think it's a question of IF they decide to enter, but the FOCUS in the medical mj industry they want to be involved with to best make money, avoid possible pitfalls, and increase shareholder value.
I don't think I'm reading anything into it, but JMO.
I'm still green so will hang in there.
