Yes, it would be. I was wondering if they issued a forward looking statement (that I cannot find) somewhere in the past that gave you the impression news is imminent. So your reasoning is purely because of how long it has been? Either way, this looks like the basement of this stock (or any stock for that matter) so I will be entering a position here tomorrow after completing my DD later tonight.
