Not that much though they are expanding and here at 1520 the new highs are disappointing and volume today was not stellar, not what I call a bull move yet, staying neutral getting slowly to that 50% cash (now at 60%) and during the day I even ventured as low as just above 40% (g). I am becoming reckless (actually should be "wreckless"). One of the problems for those expecting a decline is the heavy puts buying, if that continues, there is a good chance that 1465/70 will be a local floor here.
