You left out the "fact" that the conversion rate is going up daily and dropping the number of shares owed dramatically- by 100's of millions. Additionally, if one wanted to theorize to the positive side, a case could be made that after a ten day series of closes above .006 the conversions could be settled in three 100 million plus trading days.
Not beyond the realm of speculation given the improving fundamentals.
One seven figure contract with a name company could do it.
