Is it possible that the red flags here are simply what is keeping the PPS int he gutter? SEC, no Nasdaq, Unethical idiotic management, constant dilution, and no profit?

Isn't that enough to keep the PPS where it is. I think most of us here are more comfortable with the SEC investigation than new blood. Remember, the SEC news was the largest volume day in history, and was the catalyst that changed the trend.
