Current OS for TLNUF is 4,739,923,464 as of March 19th, 2014. Just verified myself with the TA. Sorry, but this is legit and it won't be taken down as a sticky. I have pasted the screen shot of my response from the TA below. The emails that Telecorp was sending out just yesterday saying the OS was still 3.7 billion are not true. They are still diluting..
