The people that may own a small part of Organics have over $150K in cash invested in the company and if you and all the others complaining would like to buy their notes I'll see if I can make that happen. Oh yeah, and the company will probably need another $50K in the near future, so factor that into your new investment. BTW, without their capital, I doubt we'd have anything to talk about today.

And the reason the amendment filing was late is a very simple one, they did not have the cash to get the auditor to change the documental. You guys need to get your heads out of the 'grassy knolls' and pay attention to what's really happening on the ground.
