My point is we cannot trust the share structure information that the Company sends out. They send out OS numbers that are not current. Even more egregious - they put an Authorized Shares number in their filings and emails even though they have an infinite number of AS. This tricks investors into a false sense of confidence.

Why the deceitful AS???
