Little negative effect, if any. The PPS will be more influence by expansion of the concept in Castleberry and other locations. The target date for the posting of the PDD has always been April 1 and it is known that cash from the selling of the certificates usually takes 30 days, but could happen sooner if they are pre sold at a discount.
