I don't want to put up Meridian vs Joe Shea but...
Meridian was posting that PSCs for blocks 2,3,and 4 would be signed in Mid March and then later noted March 14 as a possible date before the Punch article ever appeared.
On this one I'll have to go with Meridian.
Joe does use the blog as a sort of stream of consciouness for his thoughts and opinions about ERHC and then presents it all as expert content.
What will he say when a meeting is really scheduled and the PSC for Block 4 is really signed?
I strongly feel that Daukaro and Obasanjo will pressure STP to stop the delays.
Meridian's quotes about the CEO of Addax also turned out to be accurate.
If Joe turns out to be wrong on this one, I strongly suggest that he stop the blog and just keep a diary. LOL
