If you look at the over all trend for the past 2 months, you will see a clear uptrend with higher lows and higher highs. The only way this is possible is if the debt holders are responsible and do not dilute the stock to the ground. In this case, they are being very responsible and are letting the PPS move up slowly. To me, all this means is cheaper shares and a chance to load up for the time being. The debt holders will want to PPS to go higher as well so that they will not have to sell ad many shares.
