PVEC AS raised to 7,750,000,000!!! AS raised by 2.156 billion this month alone!

This is just for current common shares and does not include the billions of common shares last Friday's $4 million "gift distribution" of Series C Preferred Shares that can be converted to common shares starting in mid September, 2014. 20,000,000 preferred shares are supposedly convertible into $.20 worth of common shares.
