Sean McVeigh runs CellAd (also AoB to WGN). PayNovi directors are Sean and Gerry. Sean entered the picture when CellAd did. Address listed for these Co.s(and 30+ other shells/subs) comes back to a MBLS nominees, directors are Gerry, Karl and a Kirean OBrian.(Did lots of digging on these guys but I got lost in the shell game. I think I found one Co. where one of these guys was linked to Vince, but I cant remember) Old management is GONE. Fabio now owns/controls it all. WGN,WPS,WDAS,GMN,etc...ALL OF IT!
