Uh.... how do you post charts from AskResearch? That strategy doesn't seem to work, or else I need another cup of coffee...
Anyhow, here's the weekly chart of QQQQ:
As somebody posted earlier, there are other sources of support on the weekly chart of the NDX (and so QQQQ), particularly the lower rail of the regression channel that defines the medium-term trend; I consider this very strong support.
The daily chart shows perhaps a slightly higher level of chart support, but still the same picture: support from multiple sources (e.g., the 100 sma and the middle of the BBs) has been successfully tested, the 100 sma is lifting QQQQ up off chart support, and technical buy signals remain in force:
