Dumped the class A preffies, then 4 months later sold new class A pref. Harry Schoell promised investors " A FAMILY OF MARKET READY " PRODUCTS ". that was in 2007 and 2009.
Now after 60 million wasted, driving cars and boats with no motors around the country, selling worthless shares, while wine and dine like millionaires. It's easy to see why this is 2 cents and falling. It was $50. for pref. class a sh. and $2.78 for commons. This scam has been running for 10 years. Schoell marine has made millions on bilking investors. these are but a few of the historical facts. OH AND CYPW HAS NEVER MADE ANYTHING RUN. NOT ON STEAM. MODELS TO SELL SHARES= SCAM !
