I doubt that the "Friday Night Special (release of 10-K with possibly disingenuous content)" will be more than a passing blip on the radar.

The Poise data will trump the 10K.

Which is more important to the value of ICPT, the POISE data with n=6,000 and highly sig stat results or imputed motives for when/how/what data is released?

Frankly, I would enjoy seeing the readers of motive push it down to 350 or lower. I will be a buyer in some form.
