Could you repeat what you believe harm to consist of? I recall you saying something along the lines of depriving the owner of payment, but considering that there is no opportunity cost (I wouldn't be paying otherwise) I don't see any depriving here.

I actually didn't make much of a case for any harm, did I? The theater owner isn't losing any money due to your movie-hopping and you're not harming any property. However, I do think the theater owner has a legitimate interest in knowing how many people are roving through his multiplex. I think when you buy your ticket to see the 5:00 showing of Matrix, you basically just get a license to go see the 5:00 showing of Matrix and not to hang around and watch the 7:00 and 9:00 showings of movies X and Y.
