Hopefully the govt will want to settle as the discovery will open more can of worms on illegal activity that might have taken place...

We will all see but at this point the Govt is not in a good position as if you seen all major retail banks settled for billions of dollars as they all know they do not want discovery on all thier fraudulent activies...
