And again the idea that the share structure is at all different than most corporations or in any manor illegal is a joke! I not only think they would welcome it but will be the one( as they are the only ones) to bring it on. and by the way for years and years the talk of these A's have been the subject here yet to date(all can be verified on OTC) have never been converted or in any other manor effected the course of QASP except for the good. When the past CEO tried as he did to issue himself millions of such A's they took their control and exercised it and SAVED the company. yes SAVED the company a feat that could not have been done without that control. they then proceeded to take a non business and build it to a business where there is on going students EVERYDAY of the week in those businesses and obtained ample certification to make them grow.
Yes I know it is not Boeing as some would want it to be after two years that they have had, but as most understand you cannot build a thriving million dollar business such as this in that time frame when the resources you have are limited. But to say what they have done to this point is not a good thing or that those with the preferreds would not want to be in a court, ( which by the way they have already and it came out pretty good for them then) is not only ridiculous but in my opinion, in every manor, unsubstantiated in every way.
that being said when compliance is done and SEVIS takes its place then it will be another GIANT step. As for the MJ, I have great reason to believe that it is not only real but also not to far off which will also take QASP a giant step closer to their goal!
to end, to think that the share structure is in any way off or bad one must only look at some of the top companies in the world to see very similar structure of a class that protects the company and one that makes the decisions that need to be made for a company to thrive.
GO QASP
