Not saying that there will be any major move on Monday or any day there after but will comment on the statement "no ongoing business at present and they have no cash."

Since when in the penny stock market has that really affected any pps rise or gain. Especially in this sector. At this time all a company has to do is issue a PR saying that they have formed some venture or teamed up with so and so and the stock could run.

The sector is all about PR releases, hype, euphoria, and has nothing to do at all with actual revenues being earned or even cash on hand. There are numerous tickers in the sector that have nothing going for them than GDSM does yet their pps shares has risen and stayed at the inflated range.

No reason that GDSM can't be one of those tickers also.
