Again, I really appreciate your insight and knowledge of these sort of things.

I guess the most common question shareholders I spoke to had (in regards to the proposed SHARE EXCHANGE AGREEMENT) was..

Out of one (1) publicly traded OTC Pink Sheet company (EXBX), could the proposed SHARE EXCHANGE AGREEMENT below have caused there to be two (2) publicly traded OTC Pink Sheet companies, immediately (right from the start) from the closing of this proposed SHARE EXCHANGE AGREEMENT below?

Let me rephrase that question a little bit different..

Out of one (1) publicly traded OTC Pink Sheet company (EXBX), do you believe that an EXBX shareholder could have kept his EXBX shares while it still traded publicly on the OTC Pink Sheets exactly the way it had been and in addition also have received shares in another company that also traded publicly on a major stock exchange, immediately (right from the start) from the closing of the above proposed SHARE EXCHANGE AGREEMENT?

If this were the case, couldn't EXBX simply go into the business of pumping out publicly traded companies, all while staying as a publicly traded company?

In all the research I could find, I never found anywhere how this could be done.

I believe the Exobox CEO referred to this deal as a Delaware triple reverse merger, or something along those lines, I am not certain.

This is where I was seeking further clarification from the company (in writing). The CEO actually stated to me that he would issue some sort of written clarification prior to the closing of the proposed SHARE EXCHANGE AGREEMENT, but I never saw it.

I waited and waited and waited all the way up until the day before the scheduled closing of the SHARE EXCHANGE AGREEMENT for some sort of 8-K or press release or something to clear up the confusion I had, but I never received any clarification.

In addition Mr. Owl, to the best of my recollection, when I had spoken to one of the reps at my brokerage accounts, I believe this rep actually did some research for me and responded I believe to the effect that after this proposed SHARE EXCHANGE AGREEMENT, my EXBX shares of stock would disappear from my brokerage account and instead there would appear shares of stock in this new proposed company and that the amount of shares I would have in this new company would be reduced by a factor of 1-for-2000. Wow !!!!!

Go EXBX !!
