Le everything QASP says or does is bs. All they do is sell shares. QASP is total BS and has been for years. Same people control QASP preferred shareholders. To expect different result from same people is never going to happen. They repeat and just dumped a lot of new shares on latest rumor. End result small movement and back to .0001 by .0002. Now they have created more bagholders. They have done this so many times it never changes. But keep thinking it will. lol With price back to .0001 welcome new bag holder.
