I'm back to wondering if RR or an RR consultant is still engaged with HIPH because of the inconsistent internet presence.

It certainly is inconsistent with RR being terminated, wouldn't you agree?? Why don't you just retract that before saying other people can't read?? In your followup post, you conveniently left out the part of your post where you suggested RR might be involved. Please be factual and consistent about what you said you said.

Obviously my use of "or an RR consultant" went over the heads of a few.
