I personally can agree with your statement. I volunteered to help with the 2nd AGM. My plane was very late. I called the JBI office thinking I would get a voice mail so I could explain my missing the plant tour and orientation. John, himself, answered on the third ring. This was at 3:00 A.M. This incident added to my continued belief and support of JBI and it's founder.
