yes it is. That QASP now since r/s just keeps right on diluting. Only question left is what happens when they max out 2.5 billion a/s. Is it increased or another huge 1 for 1000 r/s. We can see how well that last r/s worked out lol NOT! Price .0001 by .0002. Not very well for common. Never will with how the prefers control QASP and have done nothing but dilute price down under their control. Fact! here we are again back at .0001 bid. Who would have thought that could happen again. Oh yeah me and I have been right since r/s when I said dilution have us back to .0001. It sure has.
