The only difference is that your argument relies on a processor sale being a "hokey sale" based upon long ago changes in JBI's business plan, and before flagship processor #3 was complete and demonstrating 30-40 day continuous runs.

If JBI does make a sale, I am saying that at this stage it would have to be "real" (terms spelled out) and include a down payment.
