Too bad the TRII numbers I presented don't have opinions. Do you understand when the bimonthly FINRA data indicates 0 shares are Shorted, then by definition 0 shares are Short???

Also providing a link in refutation, pointing to a 3rd party site, reporting daily SHO short volume, is not a refutation. It really doesn't matter if a 3rd party site specializing in Email alerts about Short conspiracies, doesn't understand Rule 200, or is just choosing to ignore it for their own purposes. The Daily Reg Sho report is meaningless and is simply a settlement tracking tool. It only records the intial leg of a multiple leg trade transaction

No, it is not "opinion" but rather FACT. FINRA Rules 200, 203 are not "opinion". They are rules the market operates under. Of course understanding the rules would leave little room for Short conspiracies, or believing nonsense 3rd party subscription Email alerts.
