I am not 100% on this but i think he would be considered an insider and unable to sell without filing paperwork. On top of that it does not make sense that he would sell. Im sure he knows a lot more than you or me about the future of APRU and what is to come. I would think he would hold out for the big gains.

IMO the selling is just due to nothing happening and people getting impatient.
