Called someone is short and needs shares to cover. Could be a huge short position because of new rules being and they are being squeezed watch for t trades today if not before 4pm. This is uncharted territory so who knows. They probably are the ones with the ceiling showing trying to keep it from rising. If I had a million dollars I would buy up the shares listed on L2 now and sell it back to them for a huge premium. This is only reason why I can think etrade is calling share holders.
