seamonster: IMO this is a purely speculative play at this time. There is a chance of CHP. 11 getting instated with a possibility of CHP. 7 which Horizon is seeking to recover debts owed to them. 8k has the "safe harbor statement" which is common in just about every 8k/10k/10q and other misc. filings so that isn't anything unheard of. Shareholders only heard about 3 contracts last year that totaled a litte over $2mil. 8k says there may be more contracts and more income,double last year, but it is now late into the first quarter of 2014 and there hasn't been a contract signed that anyone is aware of.

IMO there isn't a reason for this to spike as it is now a bankruptcy play with hopes that CERP will emerge stronger in the future than ever before and common shareholders will be able to turn losses into gains. No one on these boards knows more than anyone else, we all have access to the same information online. We can access that information and see where CERP goes but until then IMO this is pure speculation.
