Sorry to say I do not like Carlisle anymore. Stock outstanding getting much too high and worried about a reverse stock split. These guys keep borrowing and borrowing I am afraid the only thing left will be a R/S. They will be fine but the rest of us will be wiped out. Hope I am wrong but when outstanding starts to approach 400 million or more I am gone.
