Fishdog, Is it really the bonus money???.....or could they feel that they deserve some large/larger payoffs based on the current level of oil possible.
Do these people think more of what's good for the people...or what's good for themselves personally? This could a one time shot...or the beginning of many payments to come if oil keeps turning up in huge quantities. May as well raise the stakes based on the size of the game????? Who knows?
