Yep it's exclusive all right. Exclusive with IPA......

who has a sub license from China Gate, who obtained the license from the Inventor.

That's like you leasing an apartment from the owner with no terms. The lease could expire anytime after 3 years, which is what was signed between China Gate and the Inventor.

You sign with me an EXCLUSIVE 5 year sub lease, though you only have a guaranteed 3 year lease from the owner. For 5 years you cannot lease the same apartment to anyone else......because it's EXCLUSIVE between you and me.

I then sign a 10 year sub sub lease, with "Tibbar", even though I only have a 5 year lease with you and you only had a 3 year lease with the owner.

Now in the so-called "exclusive contract", IPA agrees to stay in China and Taiwan. It means absolutely nothing except they have an exclusive contract with someone who holds a sub license.

If China Gate loses their license agreement with the Inventor, IPA, along with VSPC and any partners they sign with, have no recourse and wouldn't even have a sub sub sub license anymore.

It's an absolute joke. But it has sold MILLIONS of shares, hasn't it?
