Maybe. Or maybe Apple is making offers that they can't refuse...
I see Apple is also poaching a lot of the guys who were working on Power 9...per my prediction a little while back
The ironic part about all of this is that Apple is in exactly the same hot-seat that Intel is in...declining net income, margin compression, and fierce competition trying to grab a piece of that huge profit pie.
Even funnier is that long-term, Apple's biggest enemy is the same as Intel's - Samsung.
