You won't see the shares in your account for quite some time.

It's already undergoing a settling of the R/S they did. Then, they have to go through the process of the S-1 and A/S increase to accomodate the share issuance to FRTD.

This could create quite a headache for the TA to handle.

And who knows what other wrinkles/problems could surface in the interim.
