Some punk came and talked about on demand, with a set up box. He said this is the new trend by Moviebeam. Cost is 3.99 per movie, same as a rental, but upfront cost is 199 for the box, and 29.99 set fee. He says that once customers are past the initial capital, then it is OK, because they get the latest releases immediately and do not have to wait, as in the case of rentals and video stores, as they seem to always be out of stock.
