I agree and back to my feeling they want to first get their options granted and the lawsuit settled before announcing the partner. Also the reason we are being fed small bits of data and not large chunks at this point.

Liver data was originally scheduled for May and this would coincide with options and settlement of suit. They now have to release liver data because of a slip up and probably give us a bite size portion versus the full enchilada.

I'm starting to think they really shit themselves when the stock ran over 3. I'm still baffled by the ATM at $1.75 and preferred price when any real data could have been released which would have allowed them to get a higher price for both. On the conference call it was interesting as the analysts all put out softball questions and never asked the ones that made the most sense. Why the big volume and price spike? Why partnering hasn't already occurred and/or what is the biggest challenge in this area? Even why the share price hasn't reflected the obvious potential of their products like other biotech companies? Clearly think they want to keep this price contained for the time being. JMO

Always hard when speculating with a single digit stock, but I've also stated from day one they wouldn't go it alone. They have the leverage, I'm sure have been in deep partnering discussions, filed the AA and have enough information to get the pps higher. Why not even say we filed for an AA? A lot of things King and team could have done to get the share price a lot higher and bring in there outside investors. Why are they keeping everything so secretive? When you raise money you usually do a road show, but even in this case they did the preferred before going with a public show. They might have been able to garner more interest and a higher price by going that route.

Well bought more yesterday and I do feel we have bottomed in this range.
