What sort of magic could be happening in that barn to make it into a world-beating pot-growing operation without concrete trucks cycling in and out, electrical contractors, carpenters, heating and air guys, delivery of materials?

And what about the utilities? This is an agricultural/residential neighborhood--not an industrial park. FITX is not even zoned for an operation such as they are proposing to build. It's not gonna happen.

"Bill" is full of shit, and FITX is nothing but a $300 million pipe dream.

SCAM. Better get used to it, and trade accordingly.
