of course the sector over the longerterm is healthy. it is THE hot emerging sector, probably for another 6mo-2 years.

im talking intermediate (1-2 months).

colorado created huge interest, hype and volume & w/ it excess overbuyin froth. ques is now, did the last 2-3 weeks do enough backfilling to base that froth out.

if phot rallies today & closes up. then i think we may very well go to .62-.69. then a light backfill consolidation. that would create higher bases across the board in the sector imo & be very bullish for a platform to retest or even create new highs in the may-june wash state legalization mojo run.

however, if phot flattens out today back to the gap or below. then it tells me, the sector is still doing more colorado backfilling. That isnt bearish longterm or even beyond a month at all. it just means the sector wouldnt have backfilled its support areas enough yet.

obviously, im hoping for a rally today or tomorrow.
