It was formed last month by a Nevada attorney.Thats what they do when the company they are acquiring wants to remain on the side like a silent partner kind of.You form a new company then merge an existing business into it then merge that newly formed company into a public entity.And it keeps the actual seller of the existing company out of the public eye so he doesnt get 10 mil phone calls.
