IMHO, ORFG will make major valuation announcement a few days AFTER the dividend. Way to reward those whom are in for the long haul - not those whom are here to do a quick flip.
When you think about it, that timeframe makes the most sense for them and their stock. They put themselves at a higher risk of seeing their stock prices pump and drop should all news be released in advance of the dividend...
Keep in mind that this is a mid term play everybody! Maybe even long for many!
