I want to make sure its clear that tclark1 deserves the credit for the spreadsheet and PositionTrader, JimApplesmith deserve the credit for the original logic ideas. I am merely a monkey boy assistant.

If we can identify any errors then I'm sure several of us will update our sheets with the fixes.

I expect there will be different versions at the end due to people who will prefer their own logic over others.

I'll try to keep up, but let's wait a bit to see how complicated this really gets.
