Look into this one more.
Agreements they announce are not contracts.They have announced deal after deal and none of them have come through. They are burning through cash like there is no tomorrow and they give away their systems without any commitments from their customers.
I've seen this have big swings so there is opportunity for big profits from trading this, but don't fall in love with it. When it makes a run, take profits, then wait patiently for it to come back down before you rinse and repeat. jmo
