Colorado has a state sales tax of 2.9%, though some areas are more. Being very conservative and using 5% sales tax ... 2,000,000 in taxes equates to 40,000,000 in sales just in one month... Those numbers for one month are incredible. Keeping this place will put colorado at around 500,000,000.00 by years end. If you cant say opportunity from what state alone, then i dont know how to convince you otherwise....
