Not being flip with that answer- it's the truth.

But I gotta say- in an issue that's as thinly traded as RIGH, I don't much believe in "support" OR "resistance".

In the absence of ANY recent company information, psychology is all that matters. Unless you're a "Market Maker conspiracy" believer.
