I pulled up the docket on them just the other day. That's the case that Samsung destroyed evidence. "breathtaking and absolute spoliation" quoting Judge Ronald Hedges. You know that's a card Rambus has never played, I would think it’s going to come up. If I remember correctly Payne would not allow that evidence into his court. It seems to me it should cut both ways. Good reading.

Samsung didn’t cooperate in New Jersey. The DOJ found missing documents. They will do everything they can to prevent Rambus from getting the surviving documents. Just think if these became Public.
